We designed this mobile crane specifically for transmission power line construction (our industry calls it a digger derrick). Just about every part of this machine was designed from the ground up.
I specifically focused on engineering the outriggers, subbase, operators station, and boom tip area depicted below.
While not perfect, the main valve cover, seen on the opposite side of the turntable from the operator, was a big aesthetic improvement over existing designs.
